Our goal is to provide quality apparel, outstanding customer service, and an easy ordering experience—while helping NMRA organizations offer custom merchandise without managing inventory, collecting payments, or shipping orders.

At Daylight Sales, we understand that most NMRA Regions, Divisions, and Special Interest Groups are operated by dedicated volunteers. Organizing events, supporting members, and promoting the hobby already takes countless hours, and managing apparel sales shouldn't become another responsibility.

That's why we created our NMRA Member Program.

Our goal is to make it easy for NMRA organizations to offer professionally decorated apparel and merchandise without purchasing inventory, collecting payments, packaging orders, or shipping products.

Members simply order directly from their organization's custom online store while Daylight Sales handles the decoration, payment processing, shipping, and customer service.

Tell us a little about your NMRA organization and the type of apparel or merchandise you're interested in offering your members. We'll answer your questions, discuss your ideas, and help you choose the products that best fit your organization.

We'll help you select the apparel and merchandise that best represents your organization. Whether you're looking for T-shirts, polos, jackets, hats, drinkware, or other custom products, we'll work with you to build a collection your members will be proud to wear and use.

Once your product selection has been finalized, we'll create digital mock-ups featuring your organization's logo for review and approval before anything goes into production.

To ensure the highest quality embroidery, all embroidered logos require a one-time embroidery digitizing (setup) fee. This process converts your artwork into a stitch file that can be read by our embroidery machines.

Once your logo has been digitized, it can be used on future embroidered products without paying the setup fee again, provided the artwork remains unchanged.

If your organization already has a usable embroidery file, we'll be happy to review it to determine if it meets our production requirements.

Once we've received your artwork and product selections, we'll create a custom online store specifically for your organization. Before your store goes live, you'll have the opportunity to review everything and request any changes.

Once approved, simply share your organization's store link and exclusive member discount code with your members. From that point on, Daylight Sales takes care of everything else.

As part of our partnership with participating NMRA organizations, members receive an exclusive 10% discount on eligible apparel and merchandise.

Each participating NMRA organization has its own unique discount code. Simply contact your Region, Division, SIG, or club leadership to obtain your code.

Browse your organization's custom apparel and merchandise, then add your favorite items to your cart.

Enter your organization's code during checkout, and your 10% member discount will automatically be applied to qualifying items.
